General terms and conditions for Webshop Uniq4pet have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act on the basis of the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-commerce.

Users online store
User is a natural person who uses the system of online store. In the store, the user can log only as a natural person. For corporate ordering, it is necessary to contact us. 

Log in
Upon registration in the online store, visitors acquire a username, which is equal to its e-mail and password chosen by himself. Username and password unambiguously define and connect to the entered data. Before using the visitor must confirm the identity of the entered data by selecting the link in the e-mail message that is received by the automatic registration. After confirming the visitor becomes a user with the username and password that you can use at each visit online shop.

Prices and validity of the offer
All prices are given in Euros and include value added tax (VAT). Prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakes are possible and they are not liable, except for defects in the product. If the price of the product you ordered is incorrect, we will notify you and offer you the opportunity to buy the product at the correct price, that we will also provided. The product will not be sold at a price which would be detrimental to the company, as long as a buyer on the resulting error is promptly informed. We reserve the right to fix the error within five working days from the date the order was placed. We reserve the right to change the technical descriptions and configurations without notice. Pictures of products, do not represent the facts and does not guarantee product properties.

Data freshness
The administrator is trying their best to make the site accurate and up to date information about products, prices and stock, but does not assume any damages or other liability for any errors in the content of the site. In the event that the online store has incorrectly displayed information could administrator error reported using the model. In case of modification or cancellation of the order, the buyer must notify the administrator on the e-mail info@uniq4pet.eu, which must indicate the order number and order date.  The order is concluded when the customer receives all the products ordered.

Cancellations & Returns
The user has the right to return the purchased goods without being required to provide a reason for its decision. About intention to return, the buyer must inform in writing by e-mail to info@uniq4pet.eu no later than 15 days from the receipt of goods. This message is considered to be a message of withdrawal. The purchaser must return the goods within 15 days after the written notification. Returned products must be unused and undamaged and in the original, undamaged packaging. Enclose a copy of the original invoice you receive upon receipt of the goods. The purchase price for the returned products will be credited to your bank account or as a credit on your next purchase. We will refund money within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Products purchased on sale or discounted cannot be exchanged or refunded. For products that are purchased by order, we do not consider cancellation of the purchase and refund!

The buyer can return the goods if it does not have the properties that the seller has explicitly promised or when the seller sent the wrong product in the wrong amount or the wrong color. Buyer can return within 8 days of receipt of the shipment and require immediate replacement of the same flawless product. In case of complaint, the buyer may, in accordance with the law demand the replacement of the product and its repair or refund. In the latter case, we reserve the right, to the time when the goods are used by the customer is charged a rent in the price, but not more than the amount for as long as it is at the time of application and the application of, the product reduced the market value. The buyer can return the complaint to bring it personally or by our on cost and by prior arrangement with us by return mail. Method of payment
The online store has enabled multiple payment methods, namely, payment of the invoice by bank transfer to our bank account and pay via PayPal. When paying via PayPal page redirects you to PayPal system where payment is made. When paying by invoice, payment made to transfer the order amount to our bank account. As soon as the payment is visible on our bank account, we will deliver the order. In the event that payment is not made within 8 days, your order will be canceled. The order is electronically stored on the server of the operator of the website and available to the customer 24 hours a day in the My Account section.

Delivery time
For products in stock the delivery time is up to 5 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is up to 14 days after receiving the order. About the exact delivery time we will notify you via e-mail. The ordered products will be sent as soon as all in stock, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of a bank transfer products will be shipped once we receive payment on our bank account.

Products ordered online are delivered via DPD or Post of Slovenia. Personal delivery of goods is limited to the territory of Slovenia. Delivery shall be made to the address you provided when ordering. Delivery takes place mainly in the mornings, so it is recommended that you provide a shipping address where you can be reached in the morning. The package can also be delivered at your workplace. If the delivery was not successful or you were absent at the time of delivery, your delivery service leaves a note, and you can later call and arrange for the next delivery. It is also recommended that when ordering indicate the phone number where you can be reached, because you will be in the event that the package is of larger dimensions, previously called.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are accounted for prior at the conclusion of the order, which is selected by the mode of delivery.

Protection of personal data

In the online store Uniq4pet the privacy of users is important, so we use cookies which do not store personal data, but only cookies that are necessary to improve the experience in the store and making a purchase. For a better experience, we recommend the use of cookies but are not mandatory.
